Kateri Shue Photography offers a wide selection of portrait products including: framed & unframed fine art prints, heirloom albums, canvas prints, keepsake boxes, wood prints and digital collections.
As each session is customized to the client, your overall price is directly determined by what you would like to purchase. My clients LOVE that I help guide them through what can be difficult decisions of the photo selection process. My clients spend between $500 and $2000 on their artwork including albums, different shots and sizes of archival canvas wraps or fine art prints, and some spend considerably more. It is entirely up to you what you would like to create with your portraits!

Motherhood Sessions
New in 2018::
In addition to my normal Motherhood session, I’m adding a Stylized Motherhood Session! You will be able to choose a gown and color scheme for your Motherhood session that will then be added to the studio collection! This session will of course need to be set at least 5 weeks in advance to make sure we get the gown and other additions in time. This is a great option for those with certain visions or those that just want something different! Additions include flowers (faux or fresh), flokati rugs, fabrics, vines etc. You know I love my flowers!
Remember, the Motherhood sessions are not limited to Maternity! Feeding, Mom & Me, and Babywearing are also included!

Newborn Sessions
For babies less than a month old. Generally newborn sessions are taken place during the baby’s first 2 weeks of life, but sometimes things happen! Your choice of an in studio posed session: with access to all props and buckets; a posed session in your home: we will choose the props I will bring at your pre consultation; or a lifestyle session: done in your home, simple posing using babys own blankets/crib.
Each session, excluding the mini studio session, includes family poses and sibling poses.
Lifestyle Sessions
New in 2018::
Lifestyle / Storytelling / Newborn Lifestyle sessions will also be added to the ranks! SO excited for these!! I absolutely love capturing families doing what they love to do. Baking cookies, reading books, taking a walk.. or just hanging out! My family loves listening to music on Saturday mornings, my husband and I watch our daughter dance as we play songs from when we were growing up!

Family Sessions
Family sessions are only offered outdoors, with the exception of our Christmas Mini sessions in November.
These sessions are relaxed and a great opportunity to goof around with your family!
I have a few favorite locations in the Metro area but if there’s a special place your family loves, that’s even better!

Milestone Sessions:
The first year flies by.
Before you know it your little one will be crawling, talking and walking, digging into all that makes the world such a wondrous place.
My goal is to capture all these not-to-be-missed moments so you may treasure them when they are not so little anymore.
3 months: belly laughs
6 months: sitting
9 months: standing
1 year: walking
Of course not every baby follows the same timeline, I’m flexible with when these sessions will take place!
How about something unique for the one year smash!
Everyone loves the cake smash, we can also brainstorm for healthier alternatives like watermelon or baby food!

DON’T KNOW WHAT TO WEAR?
As with most sessions at KSP, we encourage a soft, organic color palette as we believe neutral tones like cream, grey, blush and soft blues, browns and greens let YOU be the focus of the images instead of what you’re wearing.
Think neutral tones are boring? Not if you emphasize a variety of textures, layers and accessories! KSP also has a selection of maternity gowns that you are welcome to use for your session!
